Originally from Ontario, Cory Hand comes from a large, close-knit family spread across the province — from Mississauga and Ottawa to Toronto, Barrie, and beyond. Raised with strong family values and a deep appreciation for community, Cory carries that same spirit into his work today.
A graduate of Western University with a Bachelor of Social Sciences in International Relations, Cory is one of four siblings — all uniquely talented in their own right. He also happens to be a second-generation Realtor®️, following in the footsteps of his father, Chris Hand, a respected figure in the Toronto real estate market for nearly 30 years.
“I remember watching my dad hustle to build his business,” Cory recalls. “He once made marketing flyers shaped like sticks of dynamite — complete with red cardboard tubes and black pipe-cleaner fuses. I helped deliver them door-to-door when I was a kid. It was fun… and it made an impact.”
